Former American National Basketball Association (NBA) star, Lamar Odom, is reportedly homeless after receiving a quit notice from his landlord for failing to pay rent on his Los Angeles residence.
Odom, the ex-husband of reality TV star Khloé Kardashian, earned over $114 million during his basketball career but is now unable to pay $45,000 in outstanding rent, according to sources.
He was evicted by his landlord, Executive Recovery Group, which also filed a lawsuit against him in March 2025. The landlord claims that Odom has not made any payments on his $15,000-per-month lease since signing a month-long rental agreement in December 2024.
Once a celebrated athlete with fame and fortune, Odom now appears to be struggling. “Lamar had success and money but couldn’t stay stable or sober. He looks ruined now,” one source said.
