300 member Committee to organise Gov Eno’s reception to APC

The All Progressives Congress (APC), Akwa Ibom State has set up a 300 member Committee to organise the grand reception of His Excellency, Pastor Umo Bassey Eno Phd, Executive Governor of Akwa Ibom State, into the party.

State chairman of the APC, Obong Stephen Ntukekpo in a statement said, “This epoch-making event is to be headlined by our amiable President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, alongside the APC National Leadership, APC Governors, and other top echelons of the Party”.

He also said that the reception is scheduled to hold on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo.

According to the chairman, “To ensure a seamless and successful event, a Central Planning Committee (CPC) and respective sub-committees have been inaugurated, comprising distinguished leaders, stakeholders, professionals and volunteers who will work tirelessly to deliver a world-class reception befitting this historic occasion”.

He added that, “The APC in Akwa Ibom State warmly welcomes our dear Governor Umo Eno, Phd, and the good people of the State into our progressives fold”.

Obong Stephen Ntukekpo called on all Party faithful, supporters, and the great people of Akwa Ibom State to turn out in their numbers to witness this landmark event.

He said the event, “Will further consolidate our State’s alignment with the Renewed Hope Initiative of the APC-led Federal Government”.
