The High Court in Lafia, Nasarawa State, has sentenced Oluwatimileyin Ajayi, the suspected killer of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) member Salome Adaidu, to death by hanging. According to a report by CHANNELS, the Judge presiding over the case, Justice Simon Aboki delivered the judgment on Thursday, finding Ajayi guilty of the brutal killing and dismemberment of the late corps member. Ajayi was charged with one count of culpable homicide, an offence contrary to Section 221 of the Penal Code of Northern Nigeria, which is punishable by death.
